Learning Objectives

Module 1: Foundations of Enterprise Agile Coaching

• Strengthen ethical grounding using professional coaching standards

Module 2: Domains of Enterprise Agility

• Facilitate organisational design conversations for sustainable transformation

Module 4: Coaching vs Facilitation vs Consulting

Develop professional stance clarity and ethical practice.

• Distinguish clearly between coaching, facilitation, and consulting stances
• Select and justify the appropriate stance based on context, readiness, and constraints
• Demonstrate professional coaching presence without covert consulting
• Contract explicitly and transition cleanly between stances
• Reflect on stance effectiveness and its impact on outcomes and ownership
