ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Kanban Management Professional (LKU) Training Course, i.e., the KMP2 Kanban Training course, is a highly interactive, virtual training course that enables professionals to establish their authority in Lean and progressive with a certificate. The Kanban Management Professional (KMP2) certification is accredited by the globally recognized Lean Kanban University. The course begins by introducing the flexibility and importance of Kanban concerning its far-reaching benefits in the current organizations. The training course available at Coach2Reach offers in-depth coaching in Kanban practices and the principles that underpin the Kanban method. PRE-REQUISITES
The Kanban Management Professional is advanced training on Kanban Method and requires participants to have completed Kanban System Design (KMP1). Hence, it requires participants to understand the fundamentals of Kanban and hold the KMP1 certification training. Participants should be accustomed to the Kanban Method and have comprehensive knowledge of the full “alternative path to agility.”
ACCREDITATION
On successful completion of the Kanban Management Professional course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for KMP II and gain the credential of Kanban Management Professional. However, this will only be applicable if the participant has also completed KPM – I certification after successful training classes. The Kanban Management Professional certification is awarded and accredited by the Kanban University.
