ICP ATF : Team Facilitator Agile
The ICP ATF Agile Team Facilitation primarily focuses on shaping agile team facilitators who have the right mindset and understand their role as mentors. With the help of facilitation tools, strategies, and techniques, the trainers at ICP ATF effectively inculcate creative ways to engage the trainees and help them drive toward positive outcomes.
