What is CEC Mentoring

A CEC mentorship is a coaching relationship between a CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) and someone pursuing the CEC certification, typically an experienced CEC or someone with experience in agile coaching/enterprise-level agile transformation. 

A CEC mentor will guide and support you throughout your certification journey, helping you understand the requirements of your certification, helping you prepare for your assessment, giving you feedback on your coaching skills, preparing you for interviews and other assessment components, and helping you develop and refine your coaching skills, particularly in your role as a coach of a large organization and leading an agile transformation.

The CEC mentor will provide guidance, support, and insights throughout your certification journey. They may provide feedback on your coaching interactions, help you prepare for coaching simulations, help you develop effective enterprise coaching strategies, and help you share your experiences as a coach.

How to obtain CEC certification

• Apply for the CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) certification by submitting an application outlining your qualifications and training in agile coaching. 

If you successfully submit your application, you will be invited to participate in an assessment process, including interviews, coaching evaluations, and mentoring. If you pass this assessment, you will receive your CEC certification, and you will be required to maintain and renew your CEC certification regularly to stay up to date with the latest agile coaching trends.
